Once you’ve chosen your new Vivly Living home, where available, we’ll invite you to a personalised selections meeting, your chance to choose your kitchen, tiles, flooring and finishes, and shape the details of your home so it feels truly your own.

Start by visiting our show home, where you can meet the team and get a real feel for the quality and care behind every Vivly property. While you’re there, you’ll be able to view the full range of extras and upgrades in person, seeing and touching the finishes rather than choosing from a brochure. From there, we’ll help you explore the complete selection of finishes, colours and upgrades available, guiding you through each option until your choices come together into a home that’s unmistakably yours.

Your Journey Home

Buying with Vivly Living is effortless from start to finish, with our dedicated team guiding you at every turn. Here’s an overview of your journey home.

  1. Reserve your home

    • Obtain a Mortgage Agreement in Principle, where applicable
    • Our recommended financial advisors are on hand to support you, should you need them
    • Your chosen home is immediately reserved and withdrawn from the market
    • A reservation agreement is completed with our sales team, along with a full viewing of the drawings for your new home
    • We’ll confirm every detail and guide you through the next steps with clarity and discretion
    • Arrange your mortgage or confirm your funding

  2. Once you’re reserved

    • Instruct your chosen conveyancer to conduct the necessary searches and due diligence
    • They will ensure your transaction progresses smoothly and securely within the exchange deadline
    • A full application is submitted to your chosen lender
    • The property is assessed for valuation
    • Upon approval, you’ll receive a formal mortgage offer
    • Additional surveys can be arranged for complete peace of mind
    • Your legal representative will review all findings before proceeding

  3. Exchange of contracts

    • All legal documentation is finalised
    • Your deposit is paid
    • A completion timeframe is formally agreed for your new home
    • The agreement becomes legally binding, giving you complete certainty

  4. Preparation for completion

    In the final stages, we make sure everything is ready for your move. Your solicitor will be notified ten working days before completion, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a personal meeting with our site manager. During this demonstration of your new home, you’ll be shown how everything works — from appliances to heating controls — so you feel completely confident and at ease from the very first day.

  5. Completion day

    • Final funds are transferred
    • The keys are handed over
    • You’re warmly welcomed into your new Vivly Living home

  6. Aftercare and support

    Our relationship doesn’t end on completion. We’re here to guide you as you settle in, with our dedicated aftercare team on hand for any questions or support you may need. Long after you’ve moved in, we remain committed to ensuring your home continues to meet the highest standards — because looking after you is every bit as important as building your home.
